Ecoflix Program Licence Agreement — summary

By signing below you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Ecoflix Program Licence Agreement. This includes the grant of rights to Ecoflix to distribute the programme, delivery responsibilities, the licence period and sublicensing provisions. You confirm the information in this form is accurate and will be incorporated into the final agreement. A completed copy, including your details and signature, will be generated for your records after submission.

Grant of rights
Ecoflix is a not-for-profit SVOD platform for animal and environmental programming. The Licensor owns the Programme and grants Ecoflix the Licensed Rights selected below in the Territory during the Licence Period.
Licence period
Commences on the Effective Date and ends 5 years after the Start Date. Renewable by mutual agreement.
Territory
The World.
Language
Original, dubbed and/or subtitled versions in any language of the Territory.
Exclusivity
Non-exclusive.
Sublicence
Where Ecoflix's promotion results in a paid offer, Ecoflix may conclude a sublicence and pay the Licensor one third of the gross licence fee, remitted within 28 business days of receipt.
Warranty
The Licensor confirms it is the sole copyright owner and that exploitation will not infringe third-party rights, and has obtained all necessary consents. Governed by the laws of California, USA.
