Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes for US donors — Ecoflix Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Your tax receipt is emailed to you within seconds of your donation completing. For UK Gift Aid and other regions, see our mission page or write to hello@ecoflix.com.

How do I know it actually goes to the NGO?

Every quarter we publish an impact report with project-by-project line items showing exactly which partner received what, and what they did with it. You can also visit any project page to see field updates, ranger photos and on-the-ground spend in close to real time.

Can I cancel a recurring gift?

Yes, anytime. Recurring donations are processed by Stripe — write to hello@ecoflix.com with the email you used to give and we'll pause, change or cancel the gift the same business day. Most donors are sent a Stripe customer portal link with their first receipt — one click and you can manage it yourself, no phone calls, no friction.

Can I donate to a specific project?
