Help us route the money.

Ecoflix Foundation is a remote-first not-for-profit. We hire filmmakers, conservationists, engineers and operators around the world, and we measure ourselves by how much donor money reaches the ground.

⊕ 6 ROLES OPEN · Q2 2025
What it's like

Four things we get right, most of the time.

We're a small team running a serious mission. Here's how we work.

Pillar 01

Remote-first

We have no headquarters and no expectation that you commute. Most of the team works on a slight overlap with London hours, but plenty don't. Async by default, video for the hard stuff.

Pillar 02

Foundation-paced

No shareholders, no quarterly earnings, no growth-at-any-cost. We move at the pace the work demands, which is sometimes fast and sometimes patient. We measure decade-long outcomes, not week-long sprints.

Pillar 03

Real impact

Every role here contributes to the routing — getting more money from donor to NGO with less friction. If you can't draw a line from your work to that goal, the role isn't pulling its weight, and we'll change it.

Pillar 04

Generous

4 weeks PTO, healthcare in every country we hire, a real home-office stipend, and gear we trust you to choose. Not a perks competition, just the basics done properly.

How we hire

Five steps, roughly three weeks.

No surprise rounds, no all-day on-sites, no whiteboard puzzles. Predictable, respectful of your time, and decisive.

01

Application

Apply via the email link on the role. CV optional, a paragraph on why this role is mandatory.

02

First-round call

45 minutes with the hiring manager. We talk about the role, your background and what good looks like.

03

Take-home or portfolio

A short, paid take-home for engineers and operators, or a portfolio walk-through for creative roles. 2–4 hours max.

04

Final round

Two more conversations — one with a peer on the team, one with a director. Both about the work.

05

Offer

Decision within five working days. We tell every candidate the answer, with reasons, even the no's.

No formal role for you?

Send us a note anyway.

If you can see yourself working here but nothing above fits, write to us. We hire ahead of openings whenever we can, especially for senior conservation, film and operations people.
